Dynamix is a growing South Florida Unified Communications company is seeking qualified candidates to fill their open Sales Executive position. This company is an industry leader for SaaS Hosted IP Communications. The ideal candidate should be well networked, have sold business telephone systems, and have experience in both Digital & VoIP solutions. The position will report directly to the CEO and offers unlimited income opportunity. For successful professionals, there is no cap on commissions with unlimited income potential. Aggressive commission compensation plan.

Responsible for acquiring and maintaining new business opportunities by selling our complete Voice over IP solution to Small Business accounts which encompasses hardware, software and services to ensure individual success and meet the client.s business objectives.

Essential duties

• Identify, qualify and close new accounts
• Develop new leads through persistent cold calling and Internet research
• Create and pursue an account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage our integrated solutions offering within key accounts
• Lead negotiations, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities
• Develop sales techniques to effectively identify and quantify strong, qualified new business opportunities
• Present a professional image in all communications to potential customers
• Proactively enter and track all opportunities through Sales Portal

Qualifications

• 1-2 years professional sales experience in Business Telephone sales
• Must be well networked
• Ability to generate immediate leads is a must
• Must have extensive background in all aspects of new business development
• Self driven, motivated and results oriented
• Proven Sales track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
